We had such a peaceful and calming stay at Koia—pure serenity from start to finish. The food was fresh and delicious, a real highlight of our trip. Boutique and luxurious! Spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff… Everyone was so warm and welcoming that it made us feel absolutely amazing. At first, we were unsure whether to book this hotel, but after staying here, we can confidently say that if we return to Kos Island, we will definitely stay here again. The food is also excellent – there’s no need to look for a place to eat outside. The manager is always present and hands-on (honestly, you won’t find such a dedicated manager available 24/7 at any other hotel), and the bellboys are super sweet. To be honest, we loved every single member of the staff. Huge thanks to everyone!

I could say that our stay at this hotel really exceeded our expectations, I’m rarely satisfied with hotels as to rate it with 10, but this is the case. Excellent service and staff, design of the hotel is an aesthetics for your eyes, tasty food and drinks. Would love to come here again.

    Staff all amazing! Lovely location, gorgeous decor. Spotlessly clean. Excellent facilities. Food excellent. Loved the fresh crepes in the morning. The Al a carte breakfast and meals were superb. The infinity pool and views were incredible.

    We had a wonderful week at the Dimitri Beach. The hotel is away from everything like we wanted it to be and due to the large area and how it is set up it never felt overcrowded. A special thank you to the fantastic staff in the main restaurant Flavours. They provided an outstanding service to the whole family throughout the whole stay and at every meal. Anastas is a brilliant waiter and host. Also thank you to George who runs the restaurant with great attitude and professionalism.

    I had a week of unforgettable holidays with my 15 years old son.The hotel has an infinity pool and a private beach.Staff is very freindly, the hospitality and facilities were outstanding. Special thanks to all of them, expecially the staff outside the restaurant.

    The staff was very very kind and supportive. They really cared for us and were very exceptional. Georg the main chef was also very caring. The atmosphere is positive and safe and we were positively surprised by our stay. Everything was literally perfect. It is a place to find peace and chill out to come back with fresh energy.
