1. The breakfast has plenty of options for all the tastes. One of the best we've found out there. 2. The room was very comfy with enough space for a couple. 3. The pool is amazingly beautiful with a good structure around it. It even has a built-in hydro massage. 4. The location is amazing, and the city center can be reached easily by bike (5 min.) or foot (10 min.). 5. The private beach is located in the another side of the road with a good structure (bar service, shower, etc...) and the beach water is very nice. 6. Finally, the staff of this hotel was very friendly and gentle with us, attending all our expectations and more.

I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had. The hotel itself is elegantly and stylishly decorated, with a modern touch that adds to its overall charm. Every corner of the property reflects a sense of sophistication, making the entire ambiance feel luxurious and inviting. The rooms were immaculate and elegantly designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The spa was an absolute highlight—truly a sanctuary of relaxation with top-notch facilities that left me feeling rejuvenated. The spa team was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so special, providing a holistic spa treatment that included a massage, body scrub, and facial—it was an unforgettable experience. The pool area was equally impressive, with super comfortable lounge areas perfect for relaxing. Watching the breathtaking sunsets from the lounge chairs on the terrace was a magical experience I won't soon forget. The beach area was also stunning, with a beautiful aesthetic that reminded me of the Hamptons—chic, serene, and simply picturesque. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with absolutely everything one could ask for, making my morning a delightful start to the day. The attention to detail at this hotel was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a thoughtful, handwritten welcome note in my room, along with a gift of local olive oil, which was a lovely touch. The staff took the time to show me around and explain everything thoroughly, making sure I felt completely at home. A special thanks to the Sarah, Kostas, Eleni and Olympia who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warm hospitality and helpfulness were extraordinary! All in all, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay on Kos.

We stayed in Superior Double Room. The hotel is so clean, the decoration is so pleasant, olive trees are great .The cosmetics at the bathroom were good. The staff is friendly & helpfull. The breakfast was so delicious . We prefered salad & pizza at lunch time, they were also so delicious. The hotel is close to Kos center. We went to taverns for dinner by taxi.     We had a wonderful week at the Dimitri Beach. The hotel is away from everything like we wanted it to be and due to the large area and how it is set up it never felt overcrowded. A special thank you to the fantastic staff in the main restaurant Flavours. They provided an outstanding service to the whole family throughout the whole stay and at every meal. Anastas is a brilliant waiter and host. Also thank you to George who runs the restaurant with great attitude and professionalism.

    I had a week of unforgettable holidays with my 15 years old son.The hotel has an infinity pool and a private beach.Staff is very freindly, the hospitality and facilities were outstanding. Special thanks to all of them, expecially the staff outside the restaurant.

    The staff was very very kind and supportive. They really cared for us and were very exceptional. Georg the main chef was also very caring. The atmosphere is positive and safe and we were positively surprised by our stay. Everything was literally perfect. It is a place to find peace and chill out to come back with fresh energy.
