I arrived in Alexandroupoli by air, after a few hours of driving. The private parking was very well received, because we were hungry and not in the mood to look for free places in the already very crowded area. The apartment is a few minutes' walk away. It is nicely furnished, with a small kitchen just good for preparing a coffee in the morning. The terrace on the top floor is clearly the place to drink it. It was great! We hope to come again.

We found a last-minute booking with same-day reservation in mid-February. The location of the house is so great, it’s right next to all the attractions. We walked everywhere. Although there is no parking, our host Niko took us to a public parking space, and our car was safe there throughout our two-day stay. Niko even made a reservation for us for Valentine’s Day. He was very helpful. The bedroom has a terrace with a direct view of the sea, and it was amazing to sleep without closing the curtains and wake up with natural daylight. There’s also a large terrace accessible from the living room. Even in the middle of winter, it was beautiful. The house was heated very well with the air conditioner. We would love to plan a longer trip in the summer. Both Alexandroupoli and this house will be even more enjoyable in the summer months.

Everything was perfect. Finally a clean, well-equipped apartment. The host was correct, accessible, and kind. The location is excellent. Parking is a bit difficult, but it can be solved. We would like to come here again next time.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the apartment was spotlessly clean and fully renovated. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered — you can really feel the care that went into setting up the space. Our host was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. There’s definitely a warm, feminine touch that makes the apartment feel even more special. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect—right on the main lively street, making it easy to reach everywhere. In the evening, you can enjoy dinner at a taverna and walk back with ease. We also sat on the balcony and watched the surroundings. There's no noise at night. The private parking space is very close, which is a big plus. The room was spacious and clean, and the owners were very attentive. We really loved our stay.

    It was a very peaceful and beautiful stay. All the staff are very welcoming and attentive. 5 stars for that! The view from the room was superb. You can see the sea perfecty. The water was divine! You can hear the beach while falling asleep,major plus. Very quiet location whitch i appreciated.
