Breakfast was very good, rooms very clean and all staff were very polite and helpful, excellent service. Very lose to the center of Chania, about 5 minutes walking time and very close to all you may need (food market, pharmacy, shops of all kind)

Beautiful hotel and room. The staff was very friendly! They recommended us on restaurants which appeared to be great. The breakfast was very rich. There is a underground parking lot. The location is in the center of a star trip, and 10 minutes driving from Hania center.

Our experience at Elia Sea Suites was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and always attentive, making sure our stay was perfect. The room with a sea view and stunning sunset was absolutely breathtaking. The jacuzzi added an extra touch of luxury and relaxation, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight—great quality and a variety of delicious options to start the day right. In terms of location, the hotel is just a 6-7 minute walk from the port. It’s slightly set back from the busiest areas, offering a peaceful retreat. I imagine this would be even more valuable during peak season, but at this time of year, it was simply perfect. Overall, an outstanding stay with nothing but positives! I highly recommend it and would love to return.

Can I just say it was a perfect stay? Starting from the helpfulness of staff to amazing breakfasts, hotel is very new, comfortable and very well thought through. Honestly, just a very good quality space (amenities, pillows, towels, etc.), managing team knows what they are doing. Location: right around the corner from the main bus stop and close to all other restaurants and such. Would a 1000% recommend staying.

Very clean and brand new. Wine and welcome fruits in the appartement, coffee and tea without the need to pay for it, much appreciated. Marbel and wood in all the appartement and huge balcony. + electric stores, very rare in hotels in general so much appreciated for people Who needs to sleep in a room without being woken up with the sunlight.     Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath A wonderful warm welcome from all the staff in reception and bar. Wonderful well designed room with sea views and Spa bath was superb. We had a wonderful "1 hour Cretan Massage" and the girls were great. The breakfast was cooked to perfection with an amazing selection choice & wonderful friendly attentive service. It's location was perfect to enjoy the local restaurants, bars, the sea & harbour views. All in all - a wonderful experience and a huge thank you to all the staff at the hotel
