A genuinely lovely place for our quick stay over post flight. Spotless, huge and easy to find. The owner was super helpful. We had a great nights sleep. My step daughter particularly loved the enormous mirrors so she could style herself.

It was very practical to enter the facility via the message you received before arriving at the facility. No unnecessary procedures. The room has everything you want and is sufficient. The location of the facility is excellent. everywhere is within walking distance. Preveza is a very welcoming facility that should be preferred for accommodation.

I had the immense pleasure of staying at BATU with my family for about a week – and I can wholeheartedly say, it was a truly luxurious experience. What sets this place apart is not just the beautiful setting, but the heart and soul poured into it by the owners. True luxury is the time, care, and attention they give to ensure every guest feels not just welcomed, but genuinely at home. Every one of our needs – even the most specific – was met with kindness, speed, and grace. We were traveling with our one-year-old child and required an extra kettle for sterilization and a grater. Without hesitation, both were provided immediately after our request. The owners speak English fluently, making communication smooth and pleasant. Luxury here means freshness, cleanliness, and impeccable maintenance. Each room is cleaned daily – and not just superficially, but thoroughly. The entire property reflects the same high standard, including the pool, which is also cleaned every day. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. A large, convenient parking area is available on-site. Luxury is also safety and peace of mind, especially for families with young children. The environment is thoughtfully designed to be child-friendly – no dangerous corners or risks of injury – and older kids will absolutely love the pools. The whole property exudes a calm, relaxed atmosphere. What we appreciated most was the peace and mental rest this place offered. Nestled in a quiet area, it’s just a short walk to the beach. If you’re looking for a party hub or loud nightlife, this is not the place – but if you’re longing for serenity, nature, and a truly restorative stay, this is a hidden gem. There are a few shops and local restaurants nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking peace, comfort, and authentic hospitality. We are already planning to return – not only because we fell in love with the area, but because the warmth of owners

Apartment is new, newly furnished, nicely decorated, attention to detail, very cozy and comfortable. Located in quiet part of town far away from traffic noise. Parking is available in front of apartment. Apartment is large, has two large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washing machines, comfortable beds, all rooms in apartment have separate air-conditioning unit. The pictures on booking really corresponds to the situation on sight. Perfect location for exploring Preveza sightseeing and Ionian coast. Owner is very kind and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Always was available for any information or question. Once again Cristina thank you for kindness and hospitality, we have really enjoyed staying in Preveza and All seasons luxury apartments.

Most relaxing stay we ever had! Beautiful and very comfortable villa. And the beach was stunning, you can enjoy swimming and beautiful sunsets there. Owner was very welcoming and nice. It’s a place we would definitely come back to.
