The room was spotless and very comfortable The waterpark was excellent for kids and adults, there's an adult only pool there that's not really adult only but it's still quieter than the other pools! Evening entertainment was ok, we didn't really stay for much of it, kids are a bit older so they weren't really interested... Seemed like others enjoyed it! We won the full house on the bingo, I got a 20min massage, jet boat experience, a day's car hire and loads of other wee goodies!

The staff, the facilities, the food--everything is beyond perfect. Sophia at the front desk and Sophia and Maria at breakfast are the most welcoming and friendliest people I have ever met. They make me feel like family. It just does not get better than Nana P. The breakfast is the best--fresh and delicious and so many options! Beautiful beach for swimming, attentive staff at the beach bar, walking distance to a cute town with cafes and shops, spectacular spa and a comfortable and beautiful room. You will feel like royalty!

Excellent, caring, dedicated and responsive staff, great food, beautiful location, and did I mention great staff??? Standouts: Client Service Representatives, Maro and Georgia, Vasislis(Billy), Evmorphia, Valentino (Nino), Antonia, and Tasos at Kimata Restaurant, Housekeeper Kallia, and a whole host of others. Absolutely in love with Elios Hill! The moment we walked in, we felt like wow, it is going to be a great holiday. And it was. The hotel is new, very clean, tasteful and just well planned. Buffee has many options and it is not the same every day. Many attractions outside and inside (also for kids and teenagers). Staff - AMAZING! This is the place to go when you are travelling with family, because the staff is super child friendly. I did not meet anyone who didn’t say hi with a smile on their face (cleaning ladies, buffee personnel, administration, people working at the kids club, etc).

Vasia Boulevard was an exceptional choice to revisit this part of Crete after 15 years. We were received in the most beautiful way possible with a glass of prosecco and with very good news from the hotel manager that he upgraded our room. We received a room with a sea view at the 4th floor with a stunning view. Seeing the sunrise and sunset from the room's terrace was amazing. The room was very well sized for the needs of 2 people, immaculately clean. Our stay at Vasia Boulevard started with a bottle of prosecco and a fruit platter and ended with chocolate candies and a lovely message from the housekeeper. Much appreciated gestures that made us feel welcome. Breakfast was exactly what was needed to start the day and dinner was a la carte with a good choice of plates. Hersonissos is a vibrant city with many young tourists and the location of the hotel gives you the opportunity to feel this. Many thanks to the hotel manager and the staff who helped us spend a beautiful vacation in Crete. We will definitely come back.

    The tranquility of the place, the peace the luxurious spaces, furniture and huge pool. It’s brand new, everything is of top quality and super nice. Amazing pool. Very comfortable bed, and very handy kitchen with all the amenities. Dimitris and Niki are lovely, excellent service and were there to suggest places to go and things to see around. I definitely would book again.

    Excellent 5 stars service from the beginning till the end. The staff very polite and friendly. Food was amazing and the waiters and waitresses were great. It’s very nice hotel for relaxation, no entertainments in the hotel and bar close at 11 pm, but if you would like to party, the next town hersonissos is 10 min by taxi. And the sushi at the restaurant is sooo delicious we loved it

    We were celebrating my wife's 40th Birthday and I wanted everything to be perfect - and it was. We were upgraded to the best "Villa Room" of the hotel and it was just perfect - everything about it. Flowers in the room, a beautiful cake, and some other treats. It was a genuine VIP treatment. The hotel's design is beautiful, It's not screaming Luxury, but with all the light, sea, design touches, and style - it really feels Luxurious and deserves its stars.
