It’s 5 minutes drive from the airport, very well located if you want to reach the best areas of the Island. Theoni, the property owner, is the kindest person ever. She did everything in order to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I was traveling solo, so it was perfect for me . The manager, Zack, was very informative and accessible. He was quick to respond to my messages any time that I sent him a text. During my stay, my iphone charger broke and he allowed me to use his and even brought it to my room. The hospitality at Hermoso Luxury Suites was wonderful!! From the moment I arrived, Zach was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine friendliness.
