Service was absolutely the best!! Our transportation from the airport didn’t come, but we got a complimentary transportation on our last day so we were happy with the solution. Very beautiful environment and clean everywhere. The reception staff helped us with booking a catamaran trip, which was amazing. I can recommend to anyone staying in Santorini.

We absolutely loved our stay in Santorini! From the moment we arrived, Vangelis made everything so easy and welcoming. He’s honestly the best, super friendly, helpful, and you can really tell how much he cares about making sure everyone has an amazing experience. He helped us with everything we needed, and just made us feel very at home. The room was lovely, the location is perfect (right in the middle of the island, so it’s easy to get to different spots), and the breakfast was super fresh and tasty. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The bed was also very comfortable, so we slept incredibly well! Also, we fell in love with the cats around the hotel, especially one that kept visiting us:) It made our stay even more special. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and we’d absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini!

Incredible Experience! The staff are truly amazing—genuinely warm and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family in the most sincere way. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. My stay far exceeded expectations. The food was top-notch, the cleanliness impeccable, and the level of accountability impressive. Saying that Miss Kalliopi spoiled us is extremely reductive. Everything we needed or wanted to know about required not more than 5 minutes to be sorted out, INCLUDING car rental and boat trips. Every morrning Kalliopi would bring us freshly cooked food, and the quality perfectly respected the whole complex of this host. Rooms and pools were cleaned regularly every day. Coffee and breakfast were supplied along with freshly cooked food. The networking abilities of the host, Kalliopi, made the trip even more simple. Although the surroundings were a bit noisy, the whole experience was an absolute masterpiece! Thank you Kalliopi for treating us with silk gloves! 10/10 :D

This hotel is truly excellent on all levels. Outstanding staff and excellent management. The room size is outstanding. My room has a private courtyard with a swimming pool, where I also get a sea view. The manager is very kind and thoughtful, they even sent staff to help me with my baggage while checking in and out. I also got some help with car booking since my own car rental booking was toast, and the hotel manager helped me at the last minute! I also enjoyed a semi-private boat trip thanks to the host who helped me book it from reception. I had a fantastic time during my stay, and thanks very much !

    The property is beautiful, it has all the facilities you might need during your trip to Santorini. It’s 5 minutes drive from the airport, very well located if you want to reach the best areas of the Island. Theoni, the property owner, is the kindest person ever. She did everything in order to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Me and my friend both work in luxury hotel industry, but never found such a great service and hospitality.

    I like that the property was small and quaint.. it’s very accessible to the Santorini Airport. I was traveling solo, so it was perfect for me . The manager, Zack, was very informative and accessible. He was quick to respond to my messages any time that I sent him a text. During my stay, my iphone charger broke and he allowed me to use his and even brought it to my room. The hospitality at Hermoso Luxury Suites was wonderful!! I will definitely stay at this property again!!

    I recently stayed at Hermoso Luxury suites and I am beyond impressed with the level of hospitality I experienced. From the moment I arrived, Zach was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. The property is super clean , breakfast was amazing , transportation arranged , my children felt well pampered and cared for during our stay , they can’t wait o go back.
