We had a lovely vacation at this property and everything exceeded our expectations. The host was there to welcome us very worm with nice treats and very nice surprises that you usually not get when booking properties. The kitchen was fully equipped for those who like to cook and that was a big plus. The apartment was nicely decorated and with a very personal feel and also, it was perfect clean with all that you need for a vacation at the sea, everything was in very good condition. Towels were also changed and we thank the host for that. The garden is so nice and all the plants were so carefully cared for and loved, that accompanied by the beautiful sea view made staying and dining outside a delight. Evenings were nice and quiet and we slept like babies :) We also thank for the board games, we spent some nice time playing chess! In few words, everything was perfect and I am sure others will feel the same if they book this apartment! We will return for sure, when we come again to Kavala! We wish the host the best and we thank her for such attention to details that made our stay so nice and comfy. Adrian & Cristina

The location of this place is what sets it apart from any other residence we've had for a holiday. You are literally steps away from the sea, which you can access easily, going down a few steps. You have a couple of restaurants 3-4 minutes away and a shop with everything you might need a 10 minute walk away. Paparouna, one of the two nearby restaurants where we ate on most days, also has an organised sandy beach, with umbrellas and sunbeds. The hosts provided us with sunchairs and an umbrella which came in handy when we decided to spend the whole day on "our" beach. We had everything we needed and fully enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. Anna is a warm and welcoming host and was always there, ready to help.

The apartments are quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen is 100% equipped. The bedrooms have very spacious wardrobes and comfortable beds (the mattresses are a little hard, but this is not a problem, because each bed has additional soft toppers up to 7 cm thick, which we used, and those who like hard mattresses can sleep without using toppers. Bed linen and snow-white towels, changed every three days. Well, the owners of the apartments are simply wonderful - we always received a positive response to any request. In addition, they treated us to local cuisine several times. It was a pleasure. You need to go down to the sea for 5-6 minutes. The beach is sandy and the water is very clear even with waves. I recommend it to everyone who values cleanliness and comfort.

I loved everything about the property, from the welcoming entrance to the cozy balconies. The place was extremely well organized and thoughtfully prepared, with every detail taken care of. The host provided all the essentials and more, including shampoo, q-tips, a first aid kit, complimentary water, coffee, and other amenities for the entire stay, which made it feel very comfortable and convenient.
