The property was very clean, modern, warm and luxurious Came here for my honeymoon and it was the best hotel spa I have ever stayed in The staff are exceptional. A special shout out to George, Nicoletta and Felia. They were extremely friendly and hospitable. It was our honeymoon so the staff made it extra special for us. The food was amazing. A lot of options and it was very fresh. The pancakes and the salads are my top recommendations. Also the eggs .You basically order from a set menu but you get to choose some choices . We were full every day The facilities like the gym, spa and bar was very clean Room service was fast and our rooms were always cleaned well The staff made sure we had transfer to airport and always checked on us The location was great . Not to over populated so we felt like a had privacy There was plenty of rent a car options nearby and restaurants . Would recommend Kantouni restaurant Oia is about a 25 minutes drive away I am definitely coming back to this spa and resort

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! I recently stayed in Ark Hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was perfect and serene, away from crowds. I had a truly wonderful experience! Everything was perfectly organized, and I felt comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. The service was not only professional but also warm and personal, which made all the difference. The massages were deeply relaxing and expertly done and the food was delicious, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank-you goes to Gwgw, whose kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made my time here exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I am truly grateful. We had a wonderful stay here! The room was very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The owner was truly kind and always available, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was minimalistic but more than enough, with everything fresh and tasty. The location was also perfect for us – we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed with delicious welcome drinks, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The service was excellent — our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. All the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet was fantastic — a wide variety of fresh and tasty food that exceeded our expectations. The hotel also has a great swimming pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and hamam which were perfect for relaxing. And the beach is just a 3-minute walk away — super convenient and ideal for beach lovers! One of the most touching moments was on the last day: as it was my boyfriend’s birthday, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Huge thanks for the hospitality! We would love to come back again! 💛

    This property is truly exceptional. The staff and owner were top rate — accommodating, helpful, kind, and eager to please. The suites are beautifully designed, and functional in every respect. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning (at your preferred time), and the food is plentiful and each morning brought different mains and accompaniments. It was a great experience and I give Nova Luxury Suites my highest recommendation!!

    Simply awesome place, perched 2,000ft above the Agean Sea with panoramic views and the breathtaking sunsets. The Villa was very quiet and simply luxurious. Super comfy beds. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Fantastic team that make you feel so welcome & go out of their way to meet all your requests. Everything was perfect!

    This place was absolute perfection. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the accommodation itself was outstanding. We particularly loved its location (a short walk from beautiful Pyrgos) which was far enough away from the crowds of Oia and Fira. The catamaran sunset cruise, recommended and organised by the wonderful Dora, was a highlight for us and we’re so glad we did it! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place to others!
