The place was very modern. On arrival at the place, we were greeted by professional and friendly staff. They also talked us through the room facilities and gave us a complimentary sparkling wine. The massage therapist Maria was also amazing in the spa sessions. Extremely professional and we felt so much more relaxed after the therapy session :) 100% recommending their spa facilities. We will definitely book again when we come to Chania again.

It was a 5 star stay. The location was perfect. The house was no less than a 5 star stay. Very well made house. The whole house is very cosy with a big balcony. Nice seating on the balcony for a lovely breakfast and lunch...The kitchen is very beautiful and equipped with all the necessary things. The bedrooms are very cosy and after a full day of roaming around it feels so good to be back at this lovely house. A big thank you to Lakavos for the complimentary basket. It shows how hospitable the host is. They also gave us complimentary Raki - a local drink specially sourced for us. We are so happy that we booked this place. We had a lovely time in Chania and if ever we come back we shall once again stay at this ever lovely property. Thank you Thank you Thank you Katsambas for giving us a great time.

The property was beautifully furnished with comfortable arrangements for a group of 5. The kitchen was well equipped. Air conditioning in every room and the views were just spectacular. The sunrise and sunsets watching the sea city and mountains was so beautiful. Our host Nora was very gracious and helpful with recommendations. Close to beaches and the city and easy to park if you have hired a car to get around which we did .Would stay here again.

A wonderful luxury villa tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all amenities. Great outdoor area with private pool and garden. Alex and Nancy, the property managers, welcomed us late at night with drinks and snacks and provided immediate assistance for any request we had during our stay. We had a great time at the villa and enjoyed the pool very much. Proximity to the airport didn’t bother us at all. You would need a car to reach the most popular destinations on the island, but will also be able to find nice sandy beaches within a few minutes drive from the villa.
