Our 2nd stay at this hotel :) Great breakfast :) Spacious rooms (we had a suite with king-size bed and sofa on the 16th floor) with excellent bathroom (shower as well as bath). Towels, bathrobes, slippers provided; Perfect location - next to the shopping mall ;) Very friendly and helpful staff :)

Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located in the Sudirman district and on top of Ashta mall. The breakfast buffet is a great spread, the staff are attentive and remember you, and gym also has a lot of good facilities. The rooms are charming with a good view. Overall a great stay. Ps for those who do not know Sudirman has a car free day on Sunday mornings so cabs cannot come to the hotel. Would recommend getting a grab bike or walking out of the area before ordering a grab!

Locations love it, is connected to the malls, room service excellent and staff really friendly and helpful. Room a very good size, bed so comfy and bath and shower are big and clean. Good value for money.
