Our whole experience of the Amber Beach Resort was exceptional, relaxed and a perfect start to our Indonesian adventure. The rooms were clean, spacious and a perfect air-conditioned temperature. The facilities perfect. The staff were absolutely amazing; attentive, genuinely welcoming and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. I must make a special mention to Ardy who really managed our stay perfectly ( that word again ). Nothing an issue and always a smile. We loved the stay. Thanks Ardy !!

It was an amazing vacation. I highly recommend the hotel, beautiful quiet place, beautiful views, delicious cuisine. We are very glad that we chose this hotel for our 4-day stay. Very clean and comfortable bungalow. The bathroom was large with impressive bathtube/shower and nice decoration (they even provide organic soap!). There is a water dispenser in the bedroom which is very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Good breakfast served at your private terrace. 5 min walk from Selong Belanak.

The staff were exceptional and attended to our every need. The views were beautiful. The house was very big providing each person with their own space. The breakfast was immaculate. Being in constant contact with staff over WhatsApp was very helpful for planning shuttle services and day trips.

No need to do more hotel research! The feedback you see here is not by coincident. Naia is more than a hotel, in the way that its staff makes you feel like you’re coming home after a long day exploring Lombok. Marlissa, the owner, is your vacation mom, always interested. There is no question she and her staff don’t know the answer to. We booked day-trips to secret Gilis and Tetebatu (secret gilis is way more advertised as an attraction, but the Tetbatu-trip was a more incredible experience, with local life, farming culture, scenery, a very refreshing waterfall swim, several black monkeys spotted 10m away++). Naia organizes scooter rental for you as well as taxi transport. Join the live music concert, the vibe is fantastic. We spent five nights here, and are sad to leave, but full of memories.
