The first impression before we saw the hotel inside was mixed: a rural street; where is the hotel? But the idea of this hotel where the floors and villas are going down is impressive and fabulous. Brilliant kitchen, perfect room, a lot of compliments, and really great staff. And the show that the hotel organized was stunning. My special gratitude to Kartika; she is fantastic. It is the second time of dozens of reviews when I decided to mark the hotel with 10/10.

Breathtaking accommodation! Stunning view, private pool, modern amenities – and the outdoor bathroom? Simply a dream! Despite being in the jungle, there wasn’t an excessive amount of insects, which we really appreciated. And the owner? An absolutely wonderful person! She helped me plan a surprise for my husband’s 30th birthday, accommodated all my requests, and even arranged a cake "on the house". Such kindness and hospitality are truly rare! Once again, a huge thank you – I’m so grateful we could celebrate such a special birthday in such an incredible place. Highly recommended! ❤️

We had an amazing 5 days at your wonderful resort and we enjoyed the superb views (pools, jungle, statues), large room & bathroom with a view, great food (especially the Sushi place Kojin). I checked out at 12am like I was supposed to, but I got really sick while I was wandering around the area. I started throwing up on the street and I felt so weak, so I went back to the hotel. The crew of Casa Maddu went above expectations to look out for me. They let me back into a room free of charge so i could sleep it off while i was waiting for my transfer to the airport in the evening. Before this happened I already had an amazing stay, but the way they handled me being sick was next level quality customer service.

    It is ***** hotel in the jungle with different kind of ifinity pools and two types of restaurants. The lodging is superb. Everyday joga classes with Putu are awsome. The joga classe's niveau is increased even further by the incredibel vista from the roof top where the class is held. The staff is very kind and helpful. They organise everthing you ask for. The rooms are spacious and secluded. The hotel radiates tranquility.

    Everything was outstanding from the Beautiful Villa with private Pool to the gorgeous Hotel Staff, the Outstanding food and nice drinks as well as the fantastic Spa and the best Massage Therapists we have had in Bali to the great Butler Service via WhatsApp and the Daily complimentary shuttles to Ubud Center. We had our second home here and we absolutely would recommend the Hotel and we will definitely come back.
