A perfectly decorated and cared for small hotel we were looking for, away from the noisy center of Ubud. A shuttle service is offered to get downtown. Yuri, in reception, was exceptionally helpful and kind. She was able to find solutions and options to fit our needs. Also, our driver, Ketut, went above and beyond as a skilled driver and well-informed guide in English as well. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Outstanding breakfast, comfortable beds, wonderful massages, and tastefully decorated hotel.

It’s quite, the public pool is amazing, food is delicious with many options, staff is very friendly, I would like to thank Ayyu who was really friendly, first 4 floors have more privacy, with hot water in the bathtub which are located in the balcony, if you are looking for a 100% privacy I would suggest you to book for the first floor

This is absolutely THE BEST hotel we stayed at in Bali. Cleanliness impeccable, staff very polite, welcoming and helpful. They have free shuttle to the city center, but it’s not far even if you decide to walk (20-25min approximately). Room was quite spacious, all amenities are included. Definitely 10/10. Everything here was perfect, in fact it became one of the highlights of our Bali trip. The staff is amazingly friendly and young, the facilities, the room, and the food as well as its presentation is great. We stayed in a pool access suite, which was very spacious, and came along with afternoon tea, where they serve authentic Balinese Cakes. We liked the food so much that we ended up ordering in the room a few times. They also provide drop service to the city center which was very helpful! Would definitely recommend this for any romantic or family vacation.

    This is an exceptional hotel - one of the best 5 stars we have ever stayed in. It is located in the heart of Ubud so great location for bars and shops, but then you come back to an oasis of calmness and luxury. The staff are wonderful- every single person we met was so friendly and helpful. The hotel pick up was great - nice air con vehicle. They even took us on to our next hotel in Seminyak! Overall an amazing hotel.

    Every single thing was beyond amazing at unagi suites, staff are the best thing about this place, pool is peaceful and luxurious.. afternoon tea everyday up at the skybar is a great way to unwind in the arvo. Food and drinks were lovely. The chef is a friendly guy who is welcoming. Even lucky enough to get a massage at the Spa which was lovely - great service from Ande and Deni. Everything, location, vibe, staff and facilities is 100% perfection.
