Great rooms, on the ground floor, were so comfortable. Staff were happy to accommodate requests, and provide vegan options at breakfast and dinner. Super comfortable chairs and sofa in suites. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the Jacuzzi bath was a great, luxury addition. Maura, the other reception staff and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and were happy to accommodate our requests. The Ivy Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff there were professional and efficient, and attentive without being fussy. Our party included 1 vegan, and we tried most items on the menu during our stay. All our choices were very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay there again.

it was an absolutely stunning stay! ~perfect beds and pillows! so comfy and soft, that you feel very energetic and fresh in the morning ~ great hot shower! lots of water! just amazing, everything you need after a long car drive ~ slippers, bath robes, ~the room is very warm and cosy ~exceptional view from the room and the breakfast buffet ~nice breakfast ~better book a n outdoor jacuzzi in advance

Absolutely stunning hotel. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful bedroom suit. Bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were super friendly. Lovely little bar was a nice touch as well. Will definitely want to come back. Restaurants very close ,just 5 mins walk. The hotel is literally 10 walk to centre of Killarney.

Fantastic place to stay in Killarney, car park at the house, great hospitality and very nice bar and lounge to spend some time and relax in the evenings.

This friendly and relaxed hotel has superb views over Killarney's Lower Lake and MacGillicuddy Reeks. It is a gateway to the Ring of Kerry on the shores of Loch Lein.

beautiful location and view. very friendly and professional staff. on our arrival we were not pleased with the comfort of the bed and were immediately approached by Less with 2 other options of which we picked one in which we stayed and enjoyed the rest of our stay. all the hotel staff is super professional and willing to help. they resolve any problem or request in minutes. Perfect accommodation to explore Killarney. Stayed there for two nights. Rooms were comfortable and decent in size. About a 5 minute walk to the main city center which has amazing restaurants and bars, which was perfect as it was close enough to walk, but far enough to ensure it's quiet. It is about a 15 minute drive to Muckross house. We had a car, so it was convenient to explore Killarney national park and drive around through the gap of Dunloe. The breakfast was great as well, with decent options for a bread and breakfast.
