The hotel had opened on the day i stayed! The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Staying in a brand new room felt fun and if there were any issues (just due to it being just opened), the staff were sure to sort them out immediately! I felt like the most special guest in the hotel and this was appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Artiste Hotel in Kochi! The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The location is perfect — we had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful backwaters. It was so convenient having the PVR cinema and Forum Mall right next door — we watched a movie every evening and enjoyed shopping and great food. The dishes at both Meen and Artiste Restaurant were delicious, and even the food court in the mall was great for a quick bite. Everything was perfect — we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi!

The decor is superb! The rooms are spacious and confortable. The staff looks so nicely after the guests. Great value for the price. Especially considering the lovely swimming pool and the huge delicious complimentary breakfast. The hotel also organises nice heritage walk tours to learn more about the history of Fort Cochin. The location is ideal too, within walking distance of most landmarks (Chinese fishing nets, beach, colonial houses, churches,…) and close to various shops and restaurants. In a nutshell: this is perfection! Do not miss this out if you plan to stay in Fort Cochin.

From the moment I got out of the taxi the Service and welcome from the staff was the best I have experienced Swathi and Efin were so welcoming and professional. the rooms were very comfortable. the food is one of the highlights Breakfast was the best I have ever had Gishna always took time from his busy morning to have a word with us. The Thai restaurant was amazing Anithka was brilliant and guided us expertly through our menu we met the lady Thai Chef whose name escapes me ,her buffet on a Saturday was something I will never forget. The facial I had in the Spa centre was the best i have had. Unfortunetly I cannot remember the amazing beauticians name. there so many other staff that made my stay one I will never forget. Athin and of course Sulaiman who drove us around and give us some information on the way.

The room is excellently spacious and newly renovated. The Kingsize Plus bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is spotlessly clean, modern and has a walk in shower. The hotel gives a sophisticated feel with its neo colonial courtyard and roof tower. The emphasis on environment is ever present and must be applauded. Staff is very polite - often as westerners we expect immediate service. Orders may take a bit longer but this is cultural and should be taken as such. Having spent close to 8 weeks in India now, Fragrant Nature Kochi is a start performer. Well done and keep going. The only letdown is Fort Cochin itself. What must have been one day a beautiful, cosy and sophisticated place is now a derelict and dirty place not worth the visit - were it not for Fragrant Nature Hotel. Come here for the views from the Roof Terrace - Fort Cochin is nicer from above than from the street level….

Stayed at the Taj Malabar Kochi for 3 nights. What an amazing experience right from the welcome to airport drop off. Tajness all the way. Even though the hotel was fully occupied, with two weddings going on at the site, with the restaurants being extremely busy, everything was handled so amazingly by the staff and the supervisors. The supervisors were always actively sorting out the guest flow in the restaurants with not a single issue visible in spite of the busy flow. Food, again awesome - fantastic spread, good variety, top notch quality- what more can I say. Rooms were excellent with a heritage character, with splendid harbour views of ships coming and going. Housekeeping was again top notch. We hired their car for two days sightseeing - again perfect experience, superb drivers, clean well maintained Innovas, excellent driving, right upto airport drop. This is what is Tajness - an experience in perfection. It's a testament to the management of the hotel to create such an impression in a guest. 10 on 10 for outstanding hospitality standards.
