We had a great stay. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 12 months and the staff have always been very helpful. The staff at the breakfast lounge are particularly attentive. The food is great and well laid out rooms are well made out and the spa and gym are both great.

Beyond that, she offered my wife and daughter coffee in the lounge while setting up everything, ensuring the surprise was perfectly executed. She even included a delicious chocolate cake with a personal note, making the moment even more special.
