Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay I had a fantastic experience at your hotel, and I wanted to highlight a few aspects that made my stay truly memorable. First and foremost, I’d like to extend my gratitude to Sashi, who went above and beyond to assist me with my birthday decoration request. He decorated the room beautifully and was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. His attention to detail and positive attitude made my stay extra special. Please pass on my thanks to him! Additionally, the hotel breakfast was outstanding – a wide variety of delicious options. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had a wonderful ambience that I really appreciated. The security measures were also great, providing a sense of safety throughout my stay. Finally, the reception indian pretty lady, while I was checking in (I'm not sure of her name), who was very sweet and friendly. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the care taken to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning!

    Had booked two rooms, one deluxe room and another villa with a private pool. Both the rooms were excellent. The bathroom of the Villa opens up to the private pool. Quite a unique layout for the Villa. Very Well maintained. The service too is noteworthy. Very efficient and quick. The hotel's main swimming pool is like nothing we have seen so far. In one word, Spectacular! The breakfast was superb. Definitely worth visiting again in the future.

    The great place to stay if you want to have a luxury experience which costs as the same the 5 star hotels around Madurai. A serene property almost in the midst of Madurai. The property is covered with beautiful trees, plants and flowers. One could just take a stroll around the property to have a relaxing experience. The only downside the breakfast spread focuses more on the Indian varieties even though most of the guests staying over there are foreigners.
