I recently stayed at Vivanta Thane LBS Road and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel itself is luxurious, very new and beautifully maintained. From the moment I arrived I noticed the exceptional service and attention to detail from all the staff which made the experience truly memorable. A special mention must go to Yash the Duty Manager who went above and beyond to ensure that everything during our stay was perfect. His professionalism and warmth made my wife and I feel very welcome. I would also like to highlight Saurabh in Mynt restaurant who provided outstanding service every time we dined there. He took great care in making sure I was comfortable and his friendly approach added a personal touch that made a real difference. Overall my experience at Vivanta Thane was excellent. The combination of luxury surroundings and attentive staff makes this hotel stand out. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Everything, high standard decor colourful and classy. The rooms are of good size, staff are extremely attentive. The food was a taste sensation experience and coming from New Zealand very affordable to be eating at 5 star level. Even the music played at breakfast and dinner was very tasteful.

It's a new hotel so all the room and amenities were new. We got to enjoy a very clean room. Staffs are very polite and warm. I loved the fact that they adjust you to your flight timings and don't follow a strick check in and check out time. Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast was not extra but the food was tasty. If you are not someone who eat a lot of spices and chillies then you might ask them to prepare for something less spicy.

My wife and I were there for 3 nights , it was much much more than what we expected. The flat owner Preety was always very helpful. The area is very nice and several good hotels are just 5 to 10 mnts away from the apartment..
