Got an upgrade for free. Very nice facility. Very nice staff. Clean. Value for the money spent. Breakfast was included although I didn't get to check it out. Spacious bathroom. Huge bathtub and very relaxing.

Fantastic hospitality! Great bedroom and bathroom, very comfortable beds..and even Smeg fridge in the room filled with drinks and snacks,a welcome bottle of wine upon arrival. Old school Grand Hotel. Have always enjoyed staying here when in Milan. Staff is very attentive (though less so than before Covid hit). The hotel rooms are well appointmented and oppulently furnished. The location is an easy walking distance to the shopping district.

The staff were absolutely helpful, flexible and very very kind. They did alot of ekstra for us! They were always smiling. Fransesco from the bar, helped us with our extra wishes, and were also very kind 👌 The breakfast covered everything we wished for in a nice enviroment with a view.
