The atmosphere is excellent and the staff clearly like what they do. Everything we had to eat was perfect and just the way we like it. The rooms were really nice and the beds good. We will be back to Bleis hotel on our next stay in Bologna.

This is my first time i choose this style of accommodation. The location is great next to the central station but 15 min. walk from the old city. The room was new and spotless clean in 6th floor. There are all the basic and much more amenities. Air-condition, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, clean and beauty bathroom, space for clothes and luggages, safe box. In the fridge was waters and snacks plus coffee and teas. Fresh clean and soft towels. The owner, Federico, is my new Italian heroe. He went beyond and above. We didn't meet him personally but his personal touch was everywhere. He contact with me through watchup and he explained everything very clear. He arranged an earlier check in and free breakfast in the caffe opposite of the room. At the end a bag full of tasty local products waiting us to get with us. Literally we are speechless for the kindness and the real hospitality. This is a great place to stay. Definitely we will return.

Such a beautiful place and well equipped. We have been on a business trip and needed an accomodation for one night. Great distance by taxi or bus from Bologna Centrale and the Airport. For sightseeing take bus Nr 20 back to town. Station just around the corner. Super nice and quiet area. Host is great, communication easy and quick. Can highly recommend this place. Thanks for your hospitality.

Perfect location! Once your car is parked, you should forget about it! The rooms are exactly in the city center and you can walk around around the down town market, shops, etc. The rooms are clean and there is all you need to enjoy your staying! We had a fantastic experience staying in this 1 BHK apartment in Bologna. The host was truly excellent—welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything necessary for a comfortable, self-catered stay. The location was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing trip, yet very well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Bologna. Highly recommended for any couple visiting!
