It was clean, nice and the rooms are freshly renewed. Shower is of normal size, not small and cleaning lady comes everyday. The hotel is situated 2 mins from the central train station which is really convinient for those who travel to Florence or elsewhere afterwards. We had questions about opening of the doors, the manager answered at once even though it was Easter - thanks for all the help! The room is quiet, we didn't hear neighbours, maybe some sounds from the street but nothing too loud. The city center of Bologna is not so large, so it's not a long walk to the historical places (I enjoy walking, so it's not a problem at all). Next to the hotel there's a nice bar for those who need coffee first thing in the morning. There's also a paid luggage storage just next to the apartments, so you can leave luggage there when leaving.

We (family of four) stayed one night on our way back home from Umbria. We definitely would have loved to stay longer and will come back. The apartment is perfectly clean, spacious, tastefully furnished an well equipped. Alessandra is a very nice host and provides all the information that you need for your stay in advance. Everything about the place is very thoughtfully designed and there even was a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. The beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in the perfect location in Bologna. Wholeheartedly recommended!

A great location directly in the city centre. The apartament was spotlessly clean, well furnished with comfortable beds and the biggest top was the bathroom with a large walk-in shower with all possible amenites. Great. We were warmly welcomed and explained everything about what we mignt need for one night stay. Pitty it was just a one night stay. I recommend it to everyone who intend to visit Bologna for any reason.

A very nice apartment in the city center of Bologna. Lots of bars and cafes close by in the street. Generous space with large rooms and comfortable beds.
