What a wonderful stay, the warm welcome, the fabulous upgrade to their best room for our wedding anniversary, the excellent staff especially on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The hospitality, the design, the functionality and the atmosphere were all perfect and we will 100% be visiting Areadocks again. Oh and the Oriental Japanese restaurant was incredible especially the service from Juan. And the spa was also amazing. We have a private hour in the spa and it was heavenly. Do yourself a favour and book a stay here asap x

Staff was super nice and room was clean, I did not expect that we would get a closed box in a garage and that was a huge plus because we traveled with motorcycles. Breakfast was also delicious.

This is the best B&B I have ever visited in Italy! The place is very clean, spotless and cozy Italian style..The room was great and there are cookies every day in the room. Also free water. The couples who are running the place are so kind and friendly. The drove me different places and in the early morning, where my taxi didn't arrive they drove me all the way to the airport. The breakfast is so nice and Rita the time is very flexible. I had eggs bacon beside the table with different options of cake, tomatoes from the garden and a lot more. I will highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back!

My stay was perfect from start to finish. The service at the front desk and from all the hotel staff was truly incredible everyone was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is wonderful, with impeccable rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and a location that speaks for itself, simply perfect. Some rooms offer a lake view, and it is absolutely worth investing in this experience, as it is truly special. I also parked my car in the hotel’s parking area, which was very easy and safe, conveniently located right in front of the reception entrance, making everything even more practical. A perfect 10/10! Cosy and beautiful hotel. Our room was convenient and quite spacious. Parking, nice pool. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Location beautiful, 10 mins walk to the town centre. Staff extremely nice and helpful. All the premises were spotless clean at all times. We enjoyed our stay very much.
