The hotel is in a beautiful old building but interior newly renovated. The staff are so friendly and helpful, both at reception, breakfast and the rooftop bar/terrace. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The location is good for exploring around but not too busy as well. I also enjoyed the beach club that they offer, and the rooftop bar is fantastic!

Exceptional hosts, clean, great location, big private balcony with sunbeds and jacuzzi and even tho they do not advertise a breakfast, they do actually offer a snack, coffee and free beverages in the mini bar. What's not to like.

A really beautiful apartment. Luxurious decor throughout. Comfortable and clean. Cute terrace with hot tub. The location was perfect - very central and walkable, but also quiet and relaxed. The host, Franca, was exceptionally friendly, easy to contact and always a quick response. Gave us lots of good local information for places to eat and drink, supermarkets, etc. This was a 10/10 stay, for everything!!

A fabulous discovery right in the historical center of Cagliari. This new hotel has an incredible charm, the concept is exceptional, the suite was big, the silence perfect and it's an amazing old palace with a basement carved more than 2000 years ago where they had the fantastic idea to install the restaurant tables.

Excellent location. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very clean and well kept both indoors and outdoors. They have a super friendly visiting seagull to that keeps you entertained near the pool. In the whole it was an excellent experience that was super relaxing. Their restaurant although not on the property but just a short walk away offers a delicious variety of food and wine both local and Mediterranean. Highly recommended.

The management was attentive. We were Welcomed on arrival with Prosecco and nibbles. The Bathroom was luxurious and incredibly spacious. Would highly recommend this place.
