Fantastic design luxury hotel, the modern twist in an old beautiful building is stunning. We had the junior suite looking over the canal and the fresco on the ceiling did make the difference. Great breakfast and very helpful staff, we enjoyed the sauna too

The hotel is really nice. I had a problem during my stay, but the employee Matteo was always incredibly available to help and resolve the situation, even outside of his working hours, providing the hospitality and passion for work desired in a hotel of this category. The breakfast was perfect. The best we had in Europe hotels and we do travel a lot! Dinner was exceptional. We had dinner at the hotel the first night we arrived and we could not resist the taste, we took dinner every night during our stay. The staff at the reception, restaurant and all over were so helpful, friendly and good at their job. The rooms were very clean, free coffee, tea and snacks were offered. Toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, everything one needs was there. The location of the hotel was also wonderful, walking distance to everywhere and very close to the main train and water bus stations. In short, absolutely perfect.

The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. We were also spoilt with a bottle of Prosecco in our room, as it was our honeymoon - this was a simple but lovely touch. The room is comfortable and modern and the location is fantastic - not just central but I can't stress enough how wonderful the view from the front is. You pay massive premiums for the restaurants along the canals but at Hotel L'Orologio you get it every morning for breakfast and every evening for drinks. Highly recommended and the only place we'll stay for future visits to Venice!
