The apartment is beautiful, absolutely massive, very elegantly decorated and finished, the wooden flooring is amazing. A lovely large sun room adjoins the equally spacious lounge, both of which have comfortable L shaped sofas and tables and chairs to sit six comfortably. Very clean, modern luxury apartment – the location is perfect, with great restaurants in walking distance (Il Timone – great pizzas and lovely staff!) and some amazing restaurants in Mestre town centre, 5 minutes by car. Venice is so easy to get to as well, 200 metres to the tram stop and then only 15 minutes and €1.50 and you are there! Very reasonable pricing, couldn't ask for more!

I had a problem during my stay, but the employee Matteo was always incredibly available to help and resolve the situation, even outside of his working hours, providing the hospitality and passion for work desired in a hotel of this category. The Aqua Palace exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we felt pampered. All the staff (front desk, bellhop, waitress) were warm and friendly. Our room was large with high ceiling and windows, and Venetian style furnishings, that overlooked the canal. Absolutely gorgeous view and room. We felt like we were in a Venetian castle. The breakfast buffet was delicious with an array of food options. They even served Prosecco! The hotel is perfectly situated - walking distance to St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay at the Aqua Palace again.
