This hotel was absolutely fantastic it had a lovely room with a lovely ensuite bathroom, shower was amazing. We got a lovely breakfast in tye morning which we weren't expecting.

This place is fabulous. The breakfast was first class. The staff and facilities were amazing. The staff were pleasant and very friendly. The room was big and very comfortable shower and bathroom facilities excellent.

Where to start? The location is premium, right in the center of Lucca. Staff is beyond friendly and wonderful. And then the ambiance: walls are handpinted murals (added some pics, mind you I was in a simple room. Can't fathom a suite)
