The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was immaculate with stunning views, and the amenities, including the fitness center, spa, and pool, were excellent. The restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu. Exceptional service made my stay truly enjoyable. My partner loved the beach (where we could also pay extra to rent pedalos or stand up paddles). Breakfast was superb - so many choices. The facilities were great. The indoor spa was lovely. We liked the relax pool and the lakeside beach.
