Parco san Marco, just on the lake of Lugano, a few km from the Swiss border, has grown to a really nice resort with excellent service and great location with magnificient views of the lake. Our suite had very comfortable beds and pillows. The Michelin restaurant is well worth a visit!

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

Modern, stylish boutique hotel with top notch service down to the smallest detail. Staff is friendly, warm and helpful. They bend over backwards to make your stay amazing. Great location with a convenient ferry right outside the hotel. Highly recommend.

With the four of us we had a wonderful stay. The house is clean, spacious, nice beds and above all a nice garden with a beautiful veranda with an excellent view, enough shadow and sunlight. The jacuzzi is amazing: with a view on the lake and the stars at night it’s very romantic. The swimming pool is nice with lots of space in the surrounding garden. About the house: enough storage space in the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom (I love that!). To lake Como it’s a nice ten minute walk through the small and winding streets of Lenno. Lenno itself is friendly and beautiful with nice options for excellent Italian food. From the house it is easy to find a few good hiking tracks up to the mountains and a church (unesco world heritage site). Well, we loved it and definitely want to come back.

Where to begin? The breakfast is served in the stunning restaurant overlooking beautiful Lake Como. In addition to the wonderful feast they lay out eggs and waffles can ordered individually. The staff is beyond accommodating and friendly. Our room, a junior suite, had an enormous deck that overlooks the stunning lake. Our room was a perfect size and the bathroom had a separate tub with a jetted tub which was a welcome feature for my sore back. Camila the hotel manager went out of her way to make sure our stay was wonderful since the suite we originally booked was being worked on. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and focused on helping out whenever possible. Alessandro who worked in the little bar area was very kind with a wonderful happy spirit and was more than helpful in bringing items to our room.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. At the pool, the view is breathtaking, the environment is so, so, relaxing.... We went for a weekend, but we ended the trip wishing we did a whole week.
