The staff were incredible. The Flix bus drops you at the Bolzano Sud station which is no where near the main station and there were no taxis around in the early evening. I could have taken the train to the next station, but was unfamiliar with the metro system so when I called the hotel, they called me a taxi. That was just the beginnng of a great experience that included allowing me a late check out with no charge due to a rainy day departure. Breakfast was really good, the building is so interesting architecturally and very well decorated, and the location is great.

the apartment is amazingly decorated and extremely comfortable. the location is right in the middle of the pedestrian area and you can reach everything on foot. Aurelie was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed interacting with her and appreciated her helpful tips. we had breakfast in the little bar/ cafe that belongs to the hotel and really enjoyed their food. we will come back for sure.
