We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious with a good view from the window, although not on the lake. Incredibly nice staff to help with everything - especially the hotel manager Maria Angela - an amazing woman who took time for each guest, creating an atmosphere of comfort and exclusivity of the place, as well as a sense of value for each of the guests. The hotel itself is a pearl of architecture and neoclassical style right on the lake and its own beach. Despite the fact that it is an old historical building, the hotel is in very good condition and with all amenities, including swimming pool, sauna and spa. It has convenient location - close to the city center, but at the same time a little secluded - so not noisy and calm. Amazingly delicious restaurant with rich and varied breakfast with a lake view.

The apartment was really clean and modern and had everything you needed. Even though it was situated on the top floor under the roof, the living room and kitchen were really large and spacious. Location was great, right in the centre of Luino close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the waterfront. The hosts were also really friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for the surrounding area.

Excellent location close to the ferry for the islands and close to the restaurants in the center of town. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They really went out of their way to ensure our visit was a pleasure. The room was very comfortable with enough lighting, closet space, coffee machine. The bathroom gets very high marks for great lighting, spacious, great water pressure. And breakfast on the rooftop terrace is not to be missed. It made our day!
