The hotel is in a very convenient location, right on a main train station and a large shopping mall. There are endless restaurant options. The hotel is situated on a very nice terrace which offers comfortable sitting areas to eat at or just chill. The staff is welcoming and helpful with excellent English. We did not try the breakfast (as there were many other cheaper options around). Rooms are reasonably sized, hotel has laundry room etc.

Great views, close to subway stations. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful. When we first arrived we were unable to connect with the WiFi. They took care of that problem immediately. Also easy to adjust the lighting and room temperature.

Close to metro/subway but not too close as you cannot hear any street noise. Less than 5min walk to Shibuya crossing and surrounds. The room was clean and quite spacious for a centrally located hotel.
