loved the 2 levels in the house for privacy for families. Each level had kitchen and full bath which is a bonus. the rooftop terrace had amazing views of Mount Fuji, Fuji Q and area. location worked great for us as we had a car, but without I think it might be harder to get to. Service was amazing!!!

Absolutely everything. This hotel was exemplary in every regard. The staff were lovely, the room was perfect, the amenities and facilities were exceptional. Food and drink was perfect. Probably the most delightful stay that we have had anywhere in the world.

The room with private bath and a view is breath taking! Breakfast is superb! Facilities are amazing and the staff is so cordial and helpful. Taiko show every night is awesome. The shuttle bus is very convenient. Everything exceeded our expectations and elevated our whole experience on staying at a ryokan.

Everything was awesome!the whole hotel is very stylish,the view from the lobby and our room was amazing, we had japanese room which was great!wearing yukata's in the hotel was a nice touch which creates unique and relaxing atmosphere.I can add that the hotel undersales what it really offers regarding the food.

Staff, location and vibe were amazing. Highly recommend. A really layed back set up, but with all the comforts you need. Suggest stopping to get a fresh lobster and request the BBQ from the staff, was so good.

Thé Toki is brand new and is equipped with modern and high quality furnishings, it was very spacious, quiet, very clean, we had the entire house with 2 bedrooms for 2 people, 2 bathrooms of course, and so there was plenty of room. The roof top terrace with its own BBQ and a superb view of Mount Fuiji was awesome!

There is shuttle service available at Mt Fuji station for those who do not drive. The place looked great. We managed to have a clear view of Mt Fuji in the morning and it was breathtaking. There was even a brief moment when the Mt Fuji turned pink in the morning during sunrise. The hot spring and shower area looked like a private bathhouse. Food was normal and enough for us, but you can consider bringing additional food and snacks. There were A LOT of free beverages.

    Great place for family/friends gathering. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped with kitchen utensils. Plus point of this homestay is there are two toilets and two separate shower rooms and basins! The view facing Mount Fuji is superb, coming from all directions from the balcony, living room, and sleeping rooms.

    The room that we stayed was fantastic. It is located at level 8 with a full view of Mt Fuji including a private onsen. The room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The half board dinner is superb with excellent quality.
