All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. Amazing location, great view from the room, super comfortable bed, very freindly and helpful staff, good wifi. We wanted to send post cards from the hotel to our home back in Europe, the front desk staff told us they will send them for free (we did recieved it). The hotel also has restaurants and bars which looked great, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try them due to busy schedule.

My parents and I have enjoyed everything there. Highly recommended place to chill and relax with partner, friends and family. It's not only about the gold spring, but also about the delicious Japanese food, amazing staff and services, and the best coffee we've ever had in Japan. Wish I can get a hint of where to buy it lol. Many thanks to this fantastic place. We love it!
