Unexpected high standard! We booked a hotel room and two meals. First, we had a private room for dinner. The decoration and design of the meal felt on par with Michelin level. Second, there was a set menu + Japanese buffet to choose from for breakfast. We ate a lot of homemade seafood rice bowls that looked very fresh, which were both delicious and fun.
The room has a private semi-open-air bath, which is very nice. I was very satisfied and liked this hotel. I will try to go back when I go to Noboribetsu in the future.
