The room was nice, extremely clean and with a great view of the mountains. I like that there was a coin/operated laundromat in the hotel. The location 200 m from Yamagata station is excellent.

Great rooms. We had both Japanese dinner and breakfast... what a treat!! The staff was wonderful as well. From the women's onsen you can see a cherry tree, and it happened to be in bloom! It was a truly extraordinary experience and worth the money.

Excellent establishment, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was very cozy and clean. The environment was peaceful and calming. We enjoyed the spring bath too! The hotel offers a shuttle car to pick up and drop you off at the nearest station which is very convenient. We were welcomed by very kind staff who made our stay extra nice. Thank you! We had an excellent stay, food and presentations were exquisite. We admired the thought that went into presenting food in dishes that are compatible with the “mood” of the food. Only 5 minutes walk to the lift. Staff were professional, rooms were comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The 2 baths on the Property were excellent, the view from the one of the 8th Floor was amazing

Winter closure of the open-air baths "Shirakaba-no-yu" (Late December - 28 February) Due to the accumulation of snow, the open-air bath will be closed during the winter.

We chose half board when booking the rooms. Love the breakfast and set dinner. Generous amount of food and very thoughtful kids menu. Outdoor onsen is superb. Rooms are spacious and clean.
