Ease to order more food, firewood, extras. The ability to feel like you were isolated from others (private area). Great view of Fuji. Next to a grocery store if you need extra supplies. Temperature control in the dome and in the kitchen were very easy to adjust.

The staff was incredible and everything was so put together and clean and nice. Our room was gorgeous (highly recommend the private onsen if you can swing it)! I got a massage while there with R. Shimura and it was one of the best I’ve ever had!! The onsens were perfect and the gardens were stunning. Everything about this property blew me away!!!

Honestly, everything. The room was very big and super new, with an impressive view of Mount Fuji that you could enjoy from the bed or while taking a bath in the bathtub. Towels, pillows, bed wear and toiletry were of extreme quality. The hotel swimming pool is also very nice and they have several restaurants to cater every taste. We are surely going to come back.
