Lovely location, about 5min walking distance to train station. Room has ample space with washing machine. We were able to dry our clothes in the bathroom. Very handy as clothes can be dried whilst out instead of waiting at laundromat. Staff have been extremely lovely and helpful. I have left my wallet in previous accomodation and staff here offered to accept the pay-on-delivery parcel for me. This allows me to go pick up from them and pay the delivery fee instead of waiting for wallet to arrive in the accomodation.

From the moment you step into webase kamakura you are made to feel special. Hajime the General manager and head chef is hands on along with Finn Front manager. They and all the staff are exceptional and my wife and I rate this hotel as one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. It is clean spacious and the food both at breakfast and dinner 1st class. Everything! Beautiful; attention to detail, very thoughtful luxury touches, location superb. Great for family stays or with friends. I would do a trip back to Kamakura just to stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel after visiting the major tourist attractions in Tokyo and Kyoto, and it was the best decision as Odaiba was not crowded and had so much to do for a family with a toddler. Hotel was spacious, lovely and clean, staff allowed us to check in early and made all the necessary arrangements to accommodate our toddler - I really appreciated their help and kindness. Housekeeping was also super responsive, laundry service had a 2 hour express option

This is a beautiful hotel in the centre of the Shibuya district. We stayed in a superior king room on the 27th floor. The view was magical, and we spent hours looking out over the Tokyo skyline from our room. We ate in the bar one night and the food and drinks were delicious. The room service was also great. The fitness centre and pool were also fantastic. The location was perfect and close to the subway, and there were loads of restaurants and great bars. We will never forget our stay at the Cerulean Tower Hotel, and I would urge anyone to spoil yourselves and stay in this hotel if you are in Tokyo. The hotel staff were so helpful and had very good English.

Everything was perfect, the flat had everything needed. Incredibly clean, beds comfortable. Location excellent, quiet but close to Ebisu station.
