Location and friendly staff. All the front desk staff are friendly. Shout out to Ms Rika who made the extra mile to help me with my check-out and helped me with securing a ride to the port. Thank you Ms Rika. The big room - a rarity in Japan.

The swimming pool was really nice with a great view of the city at night. The fitness room was a bit on the smaller side but very clean and convenient. On the morning we had a clear sky and our room had an amazing view of Fuji-san. The view in itself was worth the night without a doubt.
