Janaka and his staff let us feel really at home. We had the suite with a private balcony. The room was spacious and beautiful decorated. The food was delicious and because there are only 4 rooms, you must order the food in advance. We went to a beautiful Full Moon ceremony at a temple nearby. This was a very special experience.

we loved everything from start to finish. exceptional staff, very caring and great customer service in a very unique and authentic way. also the food was great. we received an upgrade to the villa at the lakeside which was the cherry on the top. the place is situated right at the lake in the middle of lush green. an incredible place and a perfect place to unwind! thank u for having us

Beautiful location, great pool, breakfast buffet was great, plenty options for lounging. Next door to a good rooftop spot for watching sunset & having a drink, easy to get tuktuks into ahangama or weligama. Staff helped us find yoga, surf instructors etc. and were on hand for any other recommendations needed. They also helped swiftly with some issues we had when checking in, resolving these quickly.

We had the most incredible experience staying at this hotel right on the Kabalana beach in Sri Lanka. From the moment We arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking ocean views, the warm hospitality, and the peaceful atmosphere. The location is unbeatable – just steps from the soft sand and crystal-clear waters. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning sea views. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves each morning. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect – always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, learn how to surf, explore the area, or simply enjoy the beauty of Sri Lanka, this hotel is the perfect choice. The breakfast was great! They did a great continental breakfast as well as a Sri Lankan breakfast which was my favorite. The place was so peaceful as we were the only guests... The pool was amazing. Loved our stay there!

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. This cabin is perfectly located - close to Ahangama junction and the beach but also quite and a little bit apart from the busy parts and noises. The host is very friendly and attentive and the breakfast is amazing. All in all it was a great stay and I wish I could've extended!

Great location, spacious, private, garden and everyone loved the pool. Special mention for Ishan & Eranda for taking care of us. So friendly and helpful. Great with the kids and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Their cooking and the food was exceptional. Really enjoyed our meals and breakfast by the pool.

Bungalows are perfectly organized and the price is unbeatable. The little terrace and the garden are a lovely place where to rest after a day spent on the beach.     The rooms are clean with a beautiful view. We stayed in normal rooms and penthouses as well both the experiences were very good. Food is also nice. If you are thinking of staying here just don't think twice.

    The staff is just outstanding! Everybody is very friendly, thought- and helpful. The fact that the house only accommodates 6 rooms gives a very exclusive feeling and so it also doesn’t really matter, that the pool is a bit small - but the beach (aka the big pool) is just a few steps away. We really loved to stay 5 nights there in total and definitely recommend a visit!
