Nine Skies is the definition of boutique luxury. It is a small hotel with only 5 rooms and the service we received from all the staff was truly so personable this really felt like a home away from home. The design of the whole hotel is beautiful with a wonderful living room, with a cosy fire in the evenings, and our suite room was beautiful with a terrace. The pool has an amazing view over the tea plantation. All the meals we had were delicious. Our host was very friendly and helpful, organising day trips for us and setting up our own table with lots of candles for dinner by the pool one evening, and also set up our own private breakfast at a look out point which were both lovely experiences. This hotel is brilliant if you want a very quiet, secluded spot in the Hill Country with excellent service and food. It is an expensive hotel but it is worth the money.

We were in town for a big event, the location is a quick walk, but we could get a good rest without the noise pollution. Also, there are good restaurants nearby. The family that runs the place is also very nice.

The place has a beautiful view! The star was definitely the Sri Lankan complementary breakfast they have. It was excellent and very big! I really enjoyed staying at this place.

Ella Breeze is a wonderful hotel which I highly recommend. Rooms and service are great. It’s very comfortable and clean there. We also got breakfasts there during our stay - everything was fine. I want to thank manager Ajey who assisted us with helpful information about surroundings and helped us to organise transfer to Unawatuna even cheaper than they ask in the nearby taxi kiosks.
