Our stay at Villa Ema is incredible because it’s uniqueness and modernity. The experience became memorable due to the helpful and friendly staff. Our reservation included breakfast and it’s truly wonderful and got a plenty of it Also the the room was spacious and proper ventilated The king sized beds were comfortable and we would love to recommend them as one of the best destinations once you should try in your travels !

We were welcomed by the host who was so friendly & professional. We arrived earlier than check in as our flight was at an earlier time but the hotel were great & offered us breakfast whilst they prepared the room…it was ready for us 3 hours prior to check in which was perfect as we were tired from our long travel. We had a little frog in the room when we arrived but the staff came quickly as soon as we told them & they removed it carefully. Everything was perfect during our stay, the facilities, the staff, the food…it was all so lovely. We loved that we could see monkey’s jumping from tree to tree around the property & big lizards roam around the grounds occasionally which was very cool! Yoga mats are kept on a rack by the pool, which you can use freely when you wish…nice touch! The price of the food in the hotel was a little more expensive than other places in Sri Lanka but actually was very reasonable price for the quality of it. We were celebrating our anniversary & the hotel went the extra mile to make our stay special. We had a private dinner in the sky bar and had the burger & tuna dishes. The burger was one of the best burgers i have ever had, so delicious! We also visited the spa & enjoyed our time there with massage/ facial/ herbal bath looking out to the sea, so wonderful. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, I hope we can visit again in the future! :-)

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at on our trip. The “King’s Residence” room was unbelievable. Definitely recommend this room if you can get it. The food was great as was the ice tea we were given on arrival. Best ice tea in Sri Lanka. The service we received was very high quality. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely stay here again. Thanks again for the hospitality! Cheers Andrew and Sib - Australia

The location was superb, we could walk across to the Neptune Bastion, and also to the streets filled with cafe's restaurants, and small boutiques. The staff and the chef were superb and quick to respond to our expectations. Both dinner and breakfast were delightful especially the Sri Lankan cuisine, which the chef explained in great detail. It was like staying in our own home, and a luxury to come home to, after a hot day out in the sun.

Everything about our four nights at Ginganga Lodge was exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The setting is beautiful and the attention to detail impressive. The staff are attentive without being in any way intrusive and the food, and the cocktails, were all delicious. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite which was just amazing. We took advantage of the tuktuk service into Galle and were always picked up promptly when we requested a return. We stayed in some superb places on our three week trip but this was the best.

Very classy, tranquil in the centre of Galle. The room was superb, the bed ENORMOUS. Great aircon, great staff, it was just a very chilled vibe.
