We came to Nil Ralla on the 6 th of January for 3 days. It was the birthday of 2 members of our family . The staff met us very hospitable, gave welcome papaya drink and wet towel for hands. The view of the hotel is 10 out 10! Everything is so delightful and clean! The hotel manager - Gayan suggested us to prepare BBQ for us and it was really fantastic! Wonderful meat, seafood, rice and salad! He made cocktails for us as well ! In the evening they turn on the fire and the atmosphere became fantastic! Breakfast is good! They cook English breakfast and local breakfast. Serve fresh fruits every time! Give water as you ask and every time help! We came with 9 month daughter and they helped us to warm her food regularly. There is an option to invite yoga and massage to the hotel and we took our time and did it! Rooms are light and clean! There is a TV , air conditioner and electrical pot. They ask if the cleaning is needed. Even the shampoo and conditioner smell fantastic. Sleeping with the oceans waves sound is a real satisfaction! The windows vie is right on the ocean. The property is relatively new. It’s extremely clean & well maintained. The rooms & balconies are spacious with adequate bathroom & kitchen supplies. The staff were so supportive & helpful, assisted us with arranging scooty, tuktuks. Property manager was available at all times & very friendly. Location is also good, midway to both beaches in Unawatuna. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

We were only here for 1 night but we felt very comfortable. The owner is a very caring and attentive person, he does his best for his guests. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Unawatuna.

I had an amazing stay at Green Escape Unawatuna! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and helpful. The staff assisted us with our luggage and gave us a great tour of our room. The room itself was fantastic: the bathroom was top-notch, and the bed was super comfortable. We slept really well without any disturbances, unlike some other places in Sri Lanka. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, like a grand buffet with plenty of options. The pool was another highlight clean, warm, and perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff throughout our stay were consistently friendly and attentive. We also dined at their restaurant yesterday, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was smiling and super helpful. A special thank you to Tharushi, Sadew, and Oshadi for making our stay even more memorable! I highly recommend Green Escape Unawatuna for a fantastic stay!

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Merchant Hotel in Galle Fort, and it surpassed all my expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, offering complimentary delicious fruit snacks and fresh juices each night. The cosy and comfortable atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment, and the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the fort and nearby beach. I can't express enough how satisfied I was with my stay. Thank you, Merchant Hotel, for creating the best memory of my Sri Lankan trip. Highly recommended!

Nice staff, warm welcome, big room with even bigger shower. Bed is very comfortable. Nice equipment for the beach (umbrella, hats, bag) are provided. AC worked well.
