Best ever Riad stay in Morocco for our family of five. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival by the staff. Soufiane took care of parking of our rental car. He communicated fluently and effectively in English and took care of our requests promptly. Our family of five stayed in two adjacent rooms with comfortable beds. The water pressure for the shower is the best that we experience In Morocco.

We highly recommend this riad. The staff is available at all times. We booked a tour to the desert, a tour to Chefchaouen, and a tour with a tour guide in Fez who told us all its secrets. The experience was amazing, to say the least.

We stayed for 4 nights and felt right at home in this beautiful Riad. It is very centrally located in the old Medina yet relatively close to a nearby car park which is a real bonus when transporting your luggage and accessing services outside the old town. The Riad has been exquisitely restored by the family who run it - with great sensitivity to the local architecture without compromising on all the modern essentials. The owners and staff were brilliant - kind, friendly and attentive to our every need. The garden area is a beautiful, peaceful place to while away a languid late afternoon and the rooftop terrace is the perfect location for breakfast with incredible views over the old town. I can’t recommend a stay here more highly!

It is a small Riad but perfect for travelling with your group of friends. We felt at home, all thanks to the staff (very friendly). The breakfast is exceptional. They provide information on various excursions. They organised our transfer from the airport (highly recommended). Thanks!!

Moufid was an exceptional host, and came to meet us to take us to the Riad. The Riad looks exactly as described. It's spotlessly clean, feels luxurious and grand. We arrived a little late and didn't want a big dinner. Moufid prepared a light dinner for us which was perfect. He took time to explain things to us, offered us tea when we arrived, gave us tips about the Medina and was on hand to answer any questions we had while out and about. Everything about our stay was amazing. Moufid even upgraded our room which was really kind. We were tired so spent our night just relaxing and the riad was quiet, even through the night we weren't disturbed by noise. We are vegan and Moufid was very caring and attentive to that, which was appreciated. We had a driver to take care of us, so we didn't walk around too much on our own, so I can't comment much on location and accessibility. We would definitely stay here again!

It is as you see on the pictures. Lovely maroccon style riad. Amazing staff and hospitality- you will feel very at home here. If you need any information or help or you just want to have a chat- Hassan and his colleagues are there for you. This riad is easy to find ( something not to underestimate in Fez) and is in very strategic location - the atreet itself is quiet, but its very easy to go from here to medina or any other point of interest in the city. Also- if you planning a day trip outside of Fez, then meeting point with your tour guide /driver is usually nearby this riad. Room is on a small side, but beautiful and has everything for comfortable stay. Most important- bed and pillows are comfy. Breakfast is rich and tasty! You also find couple of very good and not expensive restaurants nearby. Overall very good value for money!

Breakfast was delicious. Dinner also available for an extra charge, was also delicious. We got to enjoy our meals on the rooftop terrace with a view of the Medina. The riad is beautiful, and we were welcomed with snacks and tea as the owner told us all about the history of the riad and Fes. It can be confusing to find at first but a staff member came to meet us from our taxi to escort us to the riad. There are also plenty signs to point you along the way. The staff were all lovely and welcoming, Hassan was especially very sweet! The manager arranged a walking tour for us with a great guide (Abdul) who showed us around the Medina, was very knowledgeable and also helped us find the best places to buy good quality, authentic souvenirs.

This Riad was a magical conclusion to our five day tour of Morocco. As with much of the country, things look run down on the outside but turn out to be simply majestic on the inside. There's no way not to have a wonderful experience here. The staff was first class and incredibly friendly. They arranged dinner reservations, allowed us to print boarding passes and coordinated our taxi to the airport. The rooms are stunningly beautiful as are the courtyards, and pool. 5 stars all the way around.
