Everything was great. We got upgraded to a better room for the same price. The room was spacious, the bed was good, the aircon worked well. The breakfast was yummy. The staff were very helpful. The location was good - easy walk to everything in the medina, and easy access to taxis.

The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail in both the rooms and public areas was noticeable. It’s clear that the management takes hygiene very seriously.The ambiance of the hotel was calm and welcoming, which made our stay feel peaceful and stress-free. This a wonderful riad. The staff are amazing. They are happy to help with anything. Riad also very clean and quiet. Breakfast was fabulous. It’s about 15min ti the blue gate . Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Terrific! The breakfast was delicious, the Riad is in a central position inbetween the two main roads of the Medina, and the staff is both extremely friendly and knowledgeable of what to do in Fes (and how not to get lost). Can't wait to be back!

Nice and cute Riad nicely located in the Old City within walking distance to all the key spots. The Riad was very nice and calm with an excellent breakfast provided in the morning. The staff were always on hand to help and just an overall pleasant experience.

The Suite was absolutely perfect—spacious, beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan details, and impeccably clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat after exploring the Medina. The Riad itself is stunning, with breathtaking architecture and a calm, relaxing vibe. Every corner is filled with charm, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Despite being in the heart of Fez, it was incredibly quiet and serene—a true oasis! The food was another highlight! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a variety of traditional Moroccan treats. We also had dinner at the Riad, and the flavors were simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until we left 6 days later we were treated like royalty. This hotel and the staff especially were absolutely amazing! If I could give the hotel 11 out of 10 I would. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we come back.

I had an amazing time at Riad Rcif Alif.we were greeted by its enthusiastic owner - Everything was perfect , espeacialy the clean and comfortable rooms. We ate dinner here on our first night. You can't beat the view and tranquility of the roof top restaurant. Great views of the medina and its fun to see the hustle and bustle of the city down below. The menu was traditional Moroccan. Very good. We had the chicken couscous and the chicken skewers, both were delicious. We also had a traditional moroccan pastry appetizer, yum! This place also has a full liquor, wine, beer menu.

    This Riad was a magical conclusion to our five day tour of Morocco. As with much of the country, things look run down on the outside but turn out to be simply majestic on the inside. There's no way not to have a wonderful experience here. The staff was first class and incredibly friendly. They arranged dinner reservations, allowed us to print boarding passes and coordinated our taxi to the airport. The rooms are stunningly beautiful as are the courtyards, and pool. 5 stars all the way around.
