The location was perfect, right near the Medina! The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. They also arranged my airport pickup and drop off which was very helpful. The breakfast was great, and lastly, the Riad itself is very beautiful! I had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mohamed took the time to show us what we could explore around the city and even arranged a guide for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best of all, when we accidentally left behind a souvenir, they went out of their way to help us get it back by giving it to someone they knew who was traveling in our direction. We’re so grateful for their kindness—thank you so much!

We probably have been upgraded to higher room category because we received a very spacious and quiet double room with large beds on th 3rd floor and our breakfast were served directly by the waiter at the table. Lovely traditional riad with kind and attentive staff. We arrived just before midnight and Nour guided us to our room and provided some much needed cool water after our travel and told us not to worry about check in until the morning, and hassan took care of our luggage. Nour was consistently available at all hours to help us with arranging tours, laundry, or anything else we might need. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the rooftop is incredible. The location is close to the medina but still off a main road with taxis accessible. If coming from the train station try to avoid the predatory taxis nearby and walk a bit. Make sure the taxi knows the location of the Riad or you might end up on the opposite side of the médina with a fun walk ahead of you :)

    This Riad was a magical conclusion to our five day tour of Morocco. As with much of the country, things look run down on the outside but turn out to be simply majestic on the inside. There's no way not to have a wonderful experience here. The staff was first class and incredibly friendly. They arranged dinner reservations, allowed us to print boarding passes and coordinated our taxi to the airport. The rooms are stunningly beautiful as are the courtyards, and pool. 5 stars all the way around.
