Beautiful hotel in the city center. The staff was amazing! Very professional and friendly. We stayed in the hotel with my cousin and she left her watch in the room when she was checking out. Thanks to the helpful staff who found the watch! We will definitely want to come back and stay more days :)

Location couldn't get any better! Right in the centre of all the action. Concierge were great at booking restaurants if you wanted to dine outside of the hotel. Really nice turn down service in the evening. It's worth joining their loyalty program (for free) as there are 4 hotels in the same group in the area and your spend in all 4 locations will add to your points and we also received free entry into the casino!

Absolutely everything. The flat has a unique vibe with a cute terrace, fancy equipment and an outstanding bed. It is located nearby the casino in a quiet street. Emanuele and Alessandra provide a VIP service. Table was dressed like in a 5* hotel with many water bottles (sparkling and still), juices, jams, candies , fruits AND a bottle a bottle of champagne. Hat off to them. Hard to beat that 😀 Fuoriclase!🇮🇹

The boat is perfect, it has great facilities on board. Everything is clean and there’s lots of space. You have exclusive access to the boat and it’s in the heart of the marina. Killian is super friendly, sharing the essentials via a quick boat tour. We couldn’t have asked for more and will be treasuring our time there for sure!

    We were pleasantly surprised on our stay in the hotel. For a four star hotel we felt we received five star service. We Especially loved the swimming pool with a great DJ and sports/spa facilities. I liked the somewhat laid back young vibe of the hotel as compared to other ‘classy’ luxury hotels in the area. I think that’s the direction where the hotel management should be headed.
