Guy in reception was lovely, room exceptional. location great. you get what you pay for and this is a lovely place. separate bedroom to living area. bath with spa roomy, clean able to cook. large fridge.

The friendliness of the staff and the welcome at reception. The room was perfect for us and was very exceptionally clean.

Excellent service from Elliott and Ben overnight. They drove me to the airport a few times to pick up some logistical issues and we're incredibly friendly and welcoming. A great first impression to coming into the country. My wife and I had our flights delayed and we didn't get in until 2 am and they gave us a late check-out until 12 at no extra charge. We overslept and missed breakfast but the chef specially made our toddler scrambled eggs. They even offered to take me and my wife to the local pharmacy to get some supplies for our baby. Overall the service was very sweet and caring. We'll be back. Customer service to be proud of!

Clean, extremely well maintained. Owners totally involved and we met them both when we checked in. Milk provided.

The host, Carol, is very friendly and cordial! Whem shwe known that we were heading to Timaru and Mount Cook, she recommented us to the Fairlie Bakery which was a great pie and coffee cafe! The room is good and tidy. The location is also excellent if you are planning to leave the Christchurch town as it is located at the boundary of the town.
