Wonderful hotel. Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
This felt like a 5 star hotel, not 4 stars. Great breakfast included and really luxurious touches like complimentary sweet treats in the afternoon.

The staff and the facilities are joint first place. Service and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding, everything done with a smile too! The aesthetic of the whole place is very classy, feels like a 5 star hotel. Room was huge and always clean.
Overall just amazing value for money. Shoutout to Ian who was the star of our stay.

This resort should be 5 stars. It is absolute quality, and the staff are exceptional. The small knickknacks that are delivered at various times, even ice blocks given out to guests at random times. I've stayed at 100s of hotels and resorts, and this is probably the best. There's no need to think twice about this place. Just go!
